YOGA

I offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops and retreats. From private classes, corporate yoga, yoga classes at Soho House Berlin or yearly retreats somewhere in the sun with SheShe Retreats.

My classes integrated all yoga, movement, breath or meditation modalities I have trained. I focus on the individual goals and needs of the people I work with. My aim is to give all of my students the confidence to know and understand their own body, to support them in creating a self-practice to physical and mental freedom.

Private Yoga

If you want to start your own yoga journey towards self-practice, if you have specific questions about yoga and yoga asanas or if you have a personal topic you would like to work on — let’s try it together.

Private classes focus on you and your specific goals and needs. You have the chance to accelerate your practice, work on certain postures and get adjustments specifically to your needs in order to facilitate your own growth.

Private classes take place either in a dedicated studio space or the privacy of your home.

Trial class: 60 min/ 80€

Regular classes: 80€ - 120€, depending on length, regularity and location.

Workshops

If you are looking for someone to facilitate a special workshop including yoga, mediation or anything else related to the art and science of mindfulness practices. I am your girl!

I have created a workshop series called ‘The Art Of Being You’ - a four-week course, including ancient yoga, mediation or journal practices to connect back to your intuition.

Workshops are an amazing tool to deepen your practice and knowledge, while having the support of your community. I am happy to co-create with you.

Corporate Yoga

If you run or work in a company and you have always wanted your employees and co-workers to practice yoga with you, let's get it done. 

I offer corporate yoga classes, designed for beginners. By focusing on a basic yoga sequence we set up a regular practice, build strength, flexibility and personal competence. Once we've established the basic flow we will apply minor changes to the practice in order to help the students deepen their practice and build on their body structure. 

Price depends on number of students, yoga equipment and regularity.

Retreats

Twice a year I host a yoga and meditation retreat in collaboration with SheShe Retreats.

SheShe Retreats are a unique combination of yoga, fitness, enjoying nature, healthy eating and having a great time with like-minded women somewhere in the sun.

For the retreats we focus on the perfect balance between practice, food, nature and self-development. We encourage every women joying us to set an intention for her trip to get the most out of it.
