I offer a variety of yoga classes in Berlin. From private classes, to smaller groups, corporate yoga or open yoga classes at Your Space Berlin and Soho House Berlin. My Yoga Journey
I have been practicing Yoga since I was a teenager and as a result I have practiced many different styles of yoga with many different teachers all over the world. It was that feeling of being able to create space through movement, that made me decide to become a yoga teacher. In 2013 I did my 200hrs Yoga Alliance certified teacher training and have been teaching ever since. Additional studies included the Strala Yoga method by Tara Stiles, New York as well as mindfulness practices with Bobby Klein in Tulum, Mexico. I am currently enrolled in my Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher training, with Shuniya Yoga in Frankfurt.
In 2016 together with my partner Sophie Weiser I founded Your Space Berlin, a studio for meditation, yoga, bodywork, breath work, and ceremonies.

I love the private classes! They give you the chance to accelerate your practice. You have the opportunity to work on certain postures and we adjust specifically to your needs in order to facilitate your own growth.

I offer corporate yoga classes, designed for beginners. By focusing on a basic yoga sequence we set up a regular practice, build strength, flexibility and personal competence. Once we've established the basic flow we will apply minor changes to the practice in order to help the students deepen their practice and build on their body structure.
