Yoga Video for Strength

'Strong body, strong mind' - It's really not my favorite quote, sorry. But it hold's a lot of truth. I definitely need to work my body to quiet my racing monkey mind, and I am guessing so do most of us. Yoga offers you the chance to strengthen your body while almost simultaneously quieting your mind. After all it is the prerequisite or way to meditation and isn't that all about being calm and collected?! 

This short yoga sequence will work on strengthening your lower body and core. I've put a little bit of balance in there to keep your mind focused and strong and you can relax afterwards for as long as your body needs.
