Yoga Video for Relaxation

I feel like we all need to relax and destress way more than we actually take out the time to do it. Why you ask? Well, when was the last time you did something that was just for yourself and I don't mean getting your to-go coffee in the morning while you check your emails! I mean for you, just for you without any distractions from the outside world? Maybe longer than you would like to admit and that's ok. It happens to the best of us. 

For me yoga is that time of the day (ideally, sometimes it's just that time of the week, but that's ok too!) when I can truly disconnect from everything that happens on the outside and I can just be with me. This video is perfect for a short evening practice, once you came home after work and all you want to do is rewind from what happened. I'll take you through a gentle flow, moving and breathing helping you to change back into your parasympathetic nervous system to help your body relax.
