Yoga Video for Self-Care - Hey Woman!

A simple yoga routine to relax your body and ease your mind. We all need to take care of ourselves way more than wer are actually willing to do. For hey woman! I created this super simple flow that you can do anytime, anywhere. Think of all these moments you need and want to take care of others but may not feel strong enough to do so. Instead of worrying and questioning yourself, slow down, take a breath or three, go for a walk or make time to practice this yoga flow.
